What Is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong is a form of mind/body/spirit exercise, similar to Yoga. It is a mindful movement practice that leaves you feeling both energized and relaxed.
I practice Qi Gong for the mindfulness. It is a time to be present with/in my body. I practice for the quiet it creates, both externally and internally for me.
Qi Gong is my most loving form of self-care for my beautiful body. It’s how I shift my state of mind and emotions, which affects my physical body.
