Saturday, July 11, 2026 • 7:00–9:00 PM
Held in a private backyard sanctuary in Wheat Ridge, surrounded by foliage, birdsong, and the gentle presence of nature.
Join Qi Gong Teacher Colleen Osborne and Sound Healer Rondi Kirby for a deeply restorative 2‑hour outdoor experience where movement, breath, and vibration meet the grounding energy of the natural world.
What to expect:
Qi Gong in Nature — Release physical, mental, and emotional tension through a flowing, harmonizing practice supported by fresh air and open sky.
Sound Journey Immersion — Settle into the earth as crystal bowls, chimes, and soothing tones guide you into deep relaxation and inner spaciousness.
A Renewed Sense of Peace — Leave feeling grounded, open, and gently energized, with your whole being nourished.
This intimate outdoor gathering is a beautiful way to welcome the season—an invitation to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with the quiet wisdom that arises when we slow down and listen.
After the experience, you’re invited to stay for a refreshing non‑alcoholic beverage and enjoy the stillness of the evening with fellow participants.
Logistics
Participants are asked to bring something comfortable to lie on. A camping mat with a blanket works well. If getting up and down from the ground is challenging, a lounge chair that reclines nearly flat is a great alternative. When registering, you’ll be asked what you plan to bring so we can thoughtfully arrange the space.
Rain Date
If weather becomes an issue, the event will be held on Sunday, July 12, 7:00–9:00 PM.
Details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase.
